Answer: You may view your account balance by following these easy steps:
Log on to http://www.lovetocall.com/gbaccount.asp
Click on "My Account" - Enter your emailid and password.
To get your call log details, enter your Account User Id
and Password/PIN. |

| e) What is the charge for toll free calls (1-800 numbers)?
Answer: 1-800 numbers and numbers of the like are charged at same rate as the PIN rate. |

VoIP Phone, you need the following:
Windows-based computer with Pentium 166 MHz or faster
MS Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP
MS Internet Explorer 4.0 (with Java VM 5.0) or higher / Netscape Navigator 4.7 (or higher).
Full duplex Sound card with headset and microphone or
speakers and microphone. |

Can I access my Lovetocall account from any computer?
Answer: You can access your account with
your Lovetocall username from any computer with internet
access. You do not need to return to the original
computer that you registered from to access your Lovetocall
account. Simply go to www.lovetocall.com on any computer and
click on MAKE A CALL and enter your account userid and password.

What are the system requirements to use Lovetocall VoIP Phone?
Answer: In order to use Lovetocall Prepaid
VoIP Phone, you need the following:

Windows-based computer with
Pentium 100 MHz or faster (Apple MACs don't work)

MS Windows 95/98/NT or higher

MS Internet Explorer 4.0
(with Java VM 5.0) or higher / Netscape Navigator 4.7 (or
higher). You can verify the version by opening your
browser and then select the Help menu and then select
About

Sound card (A sound card is a
part inside your computer. If you have headset with
microphone or speakers and microphone you can make calls
using it.

Can I use Lovetocall behind a firewall?
Answer: Lovetocall works with more
than 80% of firewalls. If you are behind a firewall and cannot
use Lovetocall, please verify the following settings:
- Incoming TCP: Incoming TCP connections may be blocked
without adverse side affects.
- Outgoing TCP: For successful Lovetocall use, the
following ports must be opened: 5354, 7175, 8680 - 8890,
9000 and 9450 - 9460.
- Incoming/Outgoing UDP: For successful Lovetocall
use, all UDP ports over 1024 must be opened.

Can I use Lovetocall to access my voice mail for the
IP Phone Services?
Answer:
You can certainly use Lovetocall to check your voice
mail. To listen to your voice mail, simply call your
voice mail access number and enter the prompts using the
numbers on the keypad

What is the differences and similarities between Lovetocall
and a regular phone?
Answer:
In most ways, Lovetocall is like using a regular phone.
You can make calls to any regular telephone or cell phone. You
can also call a pager or check your voicemail. After
connecting, use the keypad to type your phone number or
message.
Unlike regular phones, Lovetocall calls are made through
VoIP
technology. Because of Lovetocall's innovative technology,
you are able to enjoy calls at super low rates.
There are some limitations to service that are offered through
Lovetocall.
